Oatmeal Banana Chocolate Chip “Nutella” Bread

Oatmeal Banana Chocolate Chip “Nutella” Bread

Course: Dessert
Servings: 8

Ingredients

  • 3 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Nutella or Pyure Organic hazelnut spread
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup Pyure Organic honey
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup chocolate morsels

Instructions

  • By hand or with a standing mixer, mix together all ingredients except chocolate morels. Mix in half the chocolate morsels.
  • Grease a bread pan and pour in mixture. Sprinkle the rest of the chocolate morsels on top.
  • Bake at 350°F for 5-40 minutes, or until cooked.

The Best Brownies I’ve Ever Made

Servings: 9

Ingredients

  • 1 cup NOW Real FoodⓇ OrganicCoconut Sugar
  • 1 avocado ripe
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup NOW Real FoodⓇ OrganicCocoa Powder
  • 1/3 cup nut butter
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • chocolate morsels to taste

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl mash avocado. Add in sugar, eggs, cocoa, nut butter, and baking powder.
  • Fold in a handful of chocolate morsels.
  • Pour batter into a greased 8×8 pan. Sprinkle with chocolate morsels on top.
  • Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.

Healthy Carrot Cake Oatmeal Cookies

Healthy Carrot Cake Oatmeal Cookies

Course: Dessert
Servings: 14 cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup instant oats
  • 3/4 cup whole wheat or gluten-free flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil or unsalted butter melted and cooled slightly
  • 1 large egg room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 3/4 cup grated carrots

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together oats, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together coconut oil, egg, and vanilla. Stir in the maple syrup until thoroughly incorporated. 
  • Add in the flour mixture, stirring until just incorporated. Fold in the carrots and chill dough for at least 30 minutes 
  • Preheat the oven to 325°F, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
  • Drop the cookie dough into 14 rounded scoops on the baking sheet. Slightly flatten the cookies with a spatula.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes. Cool on baking sheet for at least 15 minutes before turning onto a wire rack.
