First-time clients will begin with a 1-hour consultation. Future sessions can be 30 minutes or 1 hour, depending on your preference.
Each consultation will be tailored to your goals and we will discuss nutrition as it pertains to your lifestyle, activity level, and health. You can expect to discuss energy and nutrient needs, how nutrition can impact your health and quick and easy meal ideas to help you meet your health and wellness goals.
