Kelsey Hampton
Kelsey is my Texas-based dietitian here at Melissa Rifkin Nutrition, and just as passionate in nutrition as I am. A Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics, Kelsey’s interest in nutrition began after meeting with a dietitian as a high school swimmer and carried her through her collegiate swimming career. Upon graduation, Kelsey transitioned to marathons and triathlons.
In addition to creating educational content and meal plans for our clients at Melissa Rifkin Nutrition, Kelsey is also a professor of nutrition and works in private practice with active adults and teens from many different sports and competitive levels.
