Ingredients
  

  • 3 eggs white separated from yolks
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese blended
  • 2 Tbsp chive cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Start by heating your oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Next, separate egg whites from yolks. Place egg whites in a bowl and beat whites with cream of tartar using an electric hand mixer or standing mixer. Beat until egg whites are fluffy and form stiff peaks. 
  • In another bowl, mix egg yolks, blended cottage cheese, cream cheese, cornstarch, and salt. Mix until smooth. 
  • Next, fold egg whites into the yolk mixture slowly until completely incorporated and smooth. 
  • Using 1/4 cup measuring cup, dole out mixture on to baking sheet. You should end up with 6 scoops total. 
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven to cool and enjoy with your favorite toppings!
