In a large mixing bowl, add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, pepper, and chicken thighs. Toss chicken in spices until evenly coated.
In a large skillet pan, add olive oil and chicken to the pan. Cook chicken over medium heat for 5-7 minutes each side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
When chicken is cooked all the way through, remove from the pan and set aside.
Next, add butter to the same skillet along with minced garlic, milk, chicken broth, maple syrup, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes or until mixture begins to simmer and cook down.
Next, add the chicken back into the pan with sauce. Cook chicken in sauce for an additional 3-5 minutes.
Remove chicken from pan and top with fresh chopped parsley. Enjoy!
