Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 bunch parsley chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp paprika
  • 1 Tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, pepper, and chicken thighs. Toss chicken in spices until evenly coated.
  • In a large skillet pan, add olive oil and chicken to the pan. Cook chicken over medium heat for 5-7 minutes each side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • When chicken is cooked all the way through, remove from the pan and set aside.
  • Next, add butter to the same skillet along with minced garlic, milk, chicken broth, maple syrup, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes or until mixture begins to simmer and cook down.
  • Next, add the chicken back into the pan with sauce. Cook chicken in sauce for an additional 3-5 minutes.
  • Remove chicken from pan and top with fresh chopped parsley. Enjoy!
