1lbboneless, skinless chicken thighscut into bite-size pieces
1/2cupcreamy peanut butter
1Tbspsesame oil
4clovesgarlicminced
2Tbspsoy sauce
1/2cuphoisin sauce
1/2cupwater
4Tbspcornstarch
1/2cupunsalted peanutscrushed
3Tbspsesame seeds
Instructions
Start by placing chicken pieces into cornstarch. Toss until evenly coated.
In a large saucepan over medium heat, place sesame oil and cornstarch-coated chicken in pan. Cook for 10 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken is 165°F. Toss chicken throughout cooking.
While the chicken is cooking, begin making sauce. In a medium mixing bowl add peanut butter, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, minced garlic, and water. Stir until the sauce is smooth.
Pour sauce mixture over cooked chicken. Stir until the chicken is evenly coated.
Top chicken with crushed peanuts, and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
