No Bake Peanut Butter Oat Bars (only 5 ingredients!)

These no-bake peanut butter bars are a quick, delicious treat with simple ingredients—perfect for snacks, desserts, or sharing!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/3 Cup Peanut butter
  • 1/3 Cup Honey
  • 1 1/3 Cup Rolled oats
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 3/4 Cup Chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Line a 8-inch square pan with parchment paper.  
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 cup peanut butter with honey and heat for 20 seconds in the microwave. Stir, and then heat again for an additional 20 seconds. Stir again and add in vanilla extract.
  • Now fold oats into peanut butter mixture. 
  • Spread mixture into lined pan.
  • Microwave remaining 1/3 cup peanut butter with chocolate chips in 30-second increments until melted together. Stir well. 
  • Pour chocolate peanut butter mixture over oats, and freeze for 45 minutes. Slice bars into 12 servings.
