- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups brown Rice Krispies
- 3 Tbsp hemp hearts
In a microwave-safe bowl, heat chocolate in 30-second increments stirring in between until chocolate is completely melted.
Next, mix in peanut butter and vanilla into warm chocolate until well combined.
Pour chocolate peanut butter mixture over Rice Krispies cereal and hemp hearts. Stir well.
Line a 24 mini muffin pan with muffin tins. Scoop chocolate-coated cereal mixture into lined muffin tins.
Place in the fridge to set for at least 30 minutes. Enjoy!
