No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch Cups Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups brown Rice Krispies
  • 3 Tbsp hemp hearts

Instructions
 

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, heat chocolate in 30-second increments stirring in between until chocolate is completely melted.  
  • Next, mix in peanut butter and vanilla into warm chocolate until well combined. 
  • Pour chocolate peanut butter mixture over Rice Krispies cereal and hemp hearts. Stir well. 
  • Line a 24 mini muffin pan with muffin tins. Scoop chocolate-coated cereal mixture into lined muffin tins. 
  • Place in the fridge to set for at least 30 minutes. Enjoy!
