Heat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place matzah on lined baking sheet.
In a saucepan over medium-low heat, combine butter and sugar. Stir continuously until butter melts with sugar and the mixture becomes bubbly.
Pour butter mixture over matzah and bake for 15 minutes.
Once out of the oven, top matzah with chocolate chips. Place tinfoil over top to allow chocolate chips to melt for 5 minutes.
Remove the tinfoil and spread the chocolate with a rubber spatula. Top matzah with desired toppings. Allow matzah to cool in the fridge for at least 1 hour, break into pieces, and enjoy!
