Ingredients

  • 5 sheets unsalted matzah
  • 1 bag chocolate chips
  • 1.5 sticks butter
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup pistachios chopped

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place matzah on lined baking sheet.
  • In a saucepan over medium-low heat, combine butter and sugar. Stir continuously until butter melts with sugar and the mixture becomes bubbly.
  • Pour butter mixture over matzah and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Once out of the oven, top matzah with chocolate chips. Place tinfoil over top to allow chocolate chips to melt for 5 minutes.
  • Remove the tinfoil and spread the chocolate with a rubber spatula. Top matzah with desired toppings. Allow matzah to cool in the fridge for at least 1 hour, break into pieces, and enjoy!
