- 3 cups rotisserie chicken shredded
- 1 cup celery chopped
- 1 apple chopped
- 1/2 cup parsley chopped
- 1/4 cup avocado mayo
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Take rotisserie chicken and shred using a fork or hand chopper.
In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken with chopped apple, chopped celery, chopped parsley, dijon mustard, mayo, salt and pepper. Stir well.
