Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 Tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 scoop protein powder of choice
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
  • 2 Tbsp poppy seeds
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, protein powder, melted coconut oil, lemon juice, water, vanilla, and poppy seeds. Mix until well combined.
  • Next, using a 2 tablespoon cookie scooper, scoop dough in balls. Roll each scoop into a ball. 
  • Place protein balls in the fridge and enjoy for snack, treat, or pre-workout!
