- 8 biscuits refrigerated
- 1.5 cup part skim mozzarella shredded
- 1/4 cup turkey pepperoni
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 Tbsp pizza seasoning
Start by melting butter and mixing it with pizza seasoning. Set aside.
Take biscuits and cut them open. Spread sauce on each side of open biscuit. Add mozzarella cheese and two pepperoni slices inside.
Close the biscuit and pinch the edges of the biscuit to seal shut. Repeat the process for the remaining biscuits.
Brush the tops of the biscuits with butter mixture.
Place biscuits in the air fryer at 350°F for 5 minutes. Allow to cool, and enjoy!
