  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese 2%
  • 1 banana
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 scoop collagen powder
  • 1/2 cup spinach fresh
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  •  In a blender, combine milk, cottage cheese, banana, peanut butter, collagen powder, spinach, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  • Serve smoothie immediately! Enjoy!
