Start by coating chicken thighs in olive oil, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper.
Place coated chicken thighs on greased baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until internal temperature is 165 degrees.
Set chicken thighs aside to cool.
Begin preparing salad. In a large bowl, add lettuce, followed by chopped cucumbers, halved tomatoes, sliced onion, olives, crumbled feta, and chopped dill.
Slice cooled chicken thighs and place on salad.
Squeeze lemon juice and drizzle tzatziki over salad. Stir and serve!
