- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1.5 tsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp parsley chopped
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 6 chicken thighs boneless, skinless
Heat oven to 375° F. Grease baking sheet.
In a large mixing bowl, coat chicken in olive oil.
In a small bowl, combine paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Pour spice mixture over chicken thighs until evenly coated in spice mixture.
