Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tbsp paprika
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp parsley chopped
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 6 chicken thighs boneless, skinless

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 375° F. Grease baking sheet. 
  • In a large mixing bowl, coat chicken in olive oil. 
  • In a small bowl, combine paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. 
  • Pour spice mixture over chicken thighs until evenly coated in spice mixture. 
  • Place seasoned chicken thighs on greased baking sheet and bake in the oven for 45 minutes or until internal temperature is 165 degrees.
  • Top cooked chicken with fresh chopped parsley. Enjoy!
