Easy White Chocolate Peanut Butter Snowball Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup peanut butter creamy
  • 2 Tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup graham crackers crumbs
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup holiday sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, vanilla, and butter. 
  • Next, add your powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs until well combined. 
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and scoop 1 tablespoon of peanut butter mixture and roll into balls. 
  • Once rolled into balls, refrigerate for 30 minutes. 
  • Place white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second intervals until melted, stirring in between.
  • Now dip chilled peanut butter balls into melted white chocolate. Place dipped balls back onto the parchment-lined baking sheet. 
  • Take the remaining melted white chocolate and drizzle on top of balls. Top with holiday sprinkles and place back in the fridge to set for 30 minutes.
