- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1.5 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup graham crackers crumbs
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup holiday sprinkles
In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, vanilla, and butter.
Next, add your powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs until well combined.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and scoop 1 tablespoon of peanut butter mixture and roll into balls.
Once rolled into balls, refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Place white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second intervals until melted, stirring in between.
Now dip chilled peanut butter balls into melted white chocolate. Place dipped balls back onto the parchment-lined baking sheet.
Take the remaining melted white chocolate and drizzle on top of balls. Top with holiday sprinkles and place back in the fridge to set for 30 minutes.
