- 16 oz silken tofu
- 1 cup chocolate chips sugar-free
- 1/4 cup agave syrup
- 3 Tbsp cocoa powder unsweetened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Start by melting sugar-free chocolate chips in microwave in 30-second intervals. Stirring in between.
In a food processor, add melted chocolate, tofu, agave syrup, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
Place mixture in a container and place in the fridge for 1-2 hours until the mousse has set. Top with whipped cream topping if desired!
