Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs shrimp deveined
  • 1 cup jasmine rice uncooked
  • 1 cup cucumber chopped
  • 3 carrots sliced thin
  • 1 cup edamame shelled
  • 1 cup pickled onions
  • 1/4 cup pickled jalapeno
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger minced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • sesame seeds for garnish
  • green onion sliced, for garnish
  • Primal Kitchen Special Sauce for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Begin by heating a large skillet and adding sesame oil, minced garlic, and minced ginger to the pan. Cook shrimp in this mixture for 2-3 minutes each side or until pink.
  • Next, add soy sauce to shrimp mixture and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Set shrimp aside.
  • Now, begin chopping all vegetables and preparing rice according to the package. 
  • Time to assemble the bowl. Start by placing rice as the base, then top with cooked shrimp, cucumber, carrot, jalapeño, edamame, pickled onions, and ginger. 
  • Once the bowl is complete, top with special sauce, green onions, and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
