Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup pepperoncini's
  • 15 oz can mixed beans
  • 1 yellow onion chopped
  • 1 cup tomatoes chopped
  • 3/4 cup black olives
  • 1 cup light sour cream
  • 4 oz can diced jalapenos
  • 1 jalapeno sliced
  • 1 cup Mexican cheese shredded
  • 1 cup monterey jack cheese shredded
  • 2 avocados mashed
  • 2 limes
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 bag tortilla chips

Instructions
 

  • Heat your oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
  • Start by cooking ground turkey meat over medium heat with chopped onions, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until cooked through.
  • Next, spread tortilla chips evenly on lined baking sheet. Top chips with ground turkey, followed by beans and cheese. Allow to cook for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. 
  • Once out of the oven, top with fresh jalapeños, canned jalapeños, tomatoes, olives, pepperoncini's, mashed avocado, and sour cream. Squeeze fresh lime juice to finish it off. Enjoy!
