- 15 dates pitted
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 12 oz chocolate chips
- 1 cup pretzel sticks
Soak dates in warm water for 10 minutes or until soft.
Take softened dates and place them in a food processor with peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla. Pulse until smooth.
Spread the date mixture on a lined baking sheet. Allow mixture to freeze for 1 hour.
Next, melt chocolate in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between.
Spread melted chocolate on top of the date mixture. Place pretzel sticks on top of melted chocolate.
Pop in freezer to set for 1 hour. Break into pieces and enjoy!
