Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups rotisserie chicken shredded
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • 1/2 cup light mayo
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1.5 Tbsp curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Start by taking rotisserie chicken and shredding it using two forks to pull chicken apart or chop by hand.
  • In a large bowl, combine shredded rotisserie chicken with raisins, celery, mayo, curry powder, salt and pepper. Mix well until combined. 
  • Serve on your favorite bread, cracker, or top on a salad!
