Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Mozzarella part-skim, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Almond flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano dried

Instructions
 

  • Combine mozzarella, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, and oregano in a bowl, and mix until well incorporated.
  • On a parchment paper lined baking sheet, spread cheese mixture in a thin, flat layer.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
