Cottage Cheese Rounds- Easy Protein Packed Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp everything but the bagel spice

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Using a cheesecloth, squeeze out cottage cheese to draw water out. 
  • Combine cottage cheese with everything but the bagel spice. 
  • Using a 1 tablespoon scooper, scoop cottage cheese mixture onto lined baking sheet. Flatten each ball into a very thin circle. 
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
