- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 tsp everything but the bagel spice
Heat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Using a cheesecloth, squeeze out cottage cheese to draw water out.
Combine cottage cheese with everything but the bagel spice.
Using a 1 tablespoon scooper, scoop cottage cheese mixture onto lined baking sheet. Flatten each ball into a very thin circle.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
