Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 2/3 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 24 Chocxo Dark Chocolate Peanut butter and Almond Butter Cups

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 325°F. Spray or line mini muffin tins. 
  • To a stand mixer, add butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla. Beat until well combined. 
  • Now add baking soda, cornstarch, salt, and flour. Mix well. Fold chocolate chips into batter until evenly combined. 
  • Take one tablespoon of cookie dough and press it into muffin tins. 
  • Bake cookie cups for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. 
  • Once cookie cups come out of the oven press in unwrapped peanut butter cups. 
  • Allow cookie cups to cool for 20 minutes before removing from pan. Enjoy!
