Banana Bread made with Cottage Cheese and Applesauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup 2 % Cottage cheese Blended
  • 2 Bananas Ripe, mashed
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Applesauce Unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350F.
  • In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. 
  • In a large bowl, whisk eggs, blended cottage cheese, vanilla extract, sugars, applesauce, and mashed bananas until smooth. 
  • Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and whisk together. 
  • Stir in chocolate morsels, and pour into greased loaf pan. 
  • Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy!
