- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup 2 % Cottage cheese Blended
- 2 Bananas Ripe, mashed
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Applesauce Unsweetened
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 cup Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
Preheat your oven to 350F.
In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
In a large bowl, whisk eggs, blended cottage cheese, vanilla extract, sugars, applesauce, and mashed bananas until smooth.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and whisk together.
Stir in chocolate morsels, and pour into greased loaf pan.
Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy!
