- 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup chocolate chips
In a large bowl, combine oats with peanut butter and maple syrup. Stir well until oats are evenly coated.
Line an 8x8 dish with parchment paper. Pour the oat mixture into lined dish.
Begin melting chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between.
Pour melted chocolate on top of the oat mixture. Place in the fridge to set and then cut into squares. Enjoy!
