Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine oats with peanut butter and maple syrup. Stir well until oats are evenly coated. 
  • Line an 8x8 dish with parchment paper. Pour the oat mixture into lined dish. 
  • Begin melting chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between. 
  • Pour melted chocolate on top of the oat mixture. Place in the fridge to set and then cut into squares. Enjoy!
