Tuna, Egg, Avocado Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 can Tandoori tuna, safe catch foods
  • 2 T mashed avocado
  • 1 cooked egg white
  • 3 chopped green olives
  • Hot pepper flakes

Directions

Place 1 can of Tandoori tuna in a bowl, do not drain
With a fork break tuna up into flakes
Boil egg for 10 minutes and let cool
Toss the yolk and chop up egg whites
Add chopped egg to tuna
Add in mashed avocado, olives and red pepper flakes
Add tuna to salads, zoodles, or enjoy with crackers, in a wrap, sandwich or any other desirable way
