Red Pepper Hummus Wrap


1 Flatoutbread wrap

2 T red pepper hummus

1/2 avocado, sliced

1 cup spinach

1/2 cucumber, sliced

3-4 cherry tomatoes

1 T pumpkin seeds

1/2 T hemp seeds


Spread hummus on wrap. Layer vegetables on top. Garnish with pumpkin and hemp seeds, then roll wrap together from one side.
