Paleo Turkey Chili


1.5 lbs ground turkey

1 clove of garlic

2 T olive oil

1/2 cup celery

1 cup chopped carrots

2 T Chili powder

1 T ground cumin

1 T oregano

1 T salt

1/4 T cayenne

4 cups chopped zucchini

1 15 ounce can tomato purée or tomato sauce

1 15 ounce can diced tomatoes


Heat oil in a cast iron pan. Cook garlic and onions, brown turkey. Add carrots, celery, and seasonings. Add in zucchini. Add in sauces and tomatoes. Cook thoroughly.
