Paleo Peanut Butter Cookies


1 cup peanut butter

1 cup granulated sugar

1 T vanilla stevia

1 T baking soda

1/8 salt

1/3 cup paleo cassava flour

1/4 cup filtered water


Mix dry ingredients, add in water and mix thoroughly. Form into balls, roll in sugar (you’ll need about 1/4 cup in total) press down with fork to make cool marks. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes on greased pan
